Booking Policy

We value and appreciate our clients and their time and hope that our clients also value our time and worth. Your treatment is as important to us as it is to you.  

As an independent business we rely on our clients attending their appointment on the date and at the time agreed.  All treatments have an allocated time slot which is set aside solely for you, to provide the treatment you have booked in for.

We fully understand that at times things can happen that are out of your control and that a last minute cancellation, no show or late arrival may be unavoidable.  However, please do bear in mind that no shows and late cancellations impact our business.  Late arrivals will affect the time we have to complete the treatment and also impact every other client booked in on that day.

We will always try our best to be as flexible, understanding and accommodating as possible but please remember that this is our time, our business and our livelihood.  As such, we hope that all of our clients will respect and support our ''Bookings Policy'.

ANTI-WRINKLE TREATMENTS

Please note that when booking for anti-wrinkle treatment (botulinum toxin-A), you will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit as all anti-wrinkle products used in treatment are prescribed solely for you and cannot be used on anyone else.  

DERMAL FILLER / PRP / FACIALS / FAT DISSOLVING /DERMAL FILLER DISSOLVING

Please note that when booking for any of the above treatments a non refundable deposit is required.  

LATE ARRIVALS

In the first instance, if you know you are going to be late please try to let us know.  We do allow a ten-minute grace period for all treatments. If you have not contacted us and are more than 10 minutes late, we will try to accommodate a treatment if there is enough time, but if this is not possible, then the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit is lost.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure that we are given as much notice as possible, if this is done with at least 48hrs notice, there is no cancellation fee.  All cancellations that are made without 48hrs notice and No Shows are subject to a cancellation fee - this will be covered by the deposit paid.
